Science of Stretching / Gravity Yoga is a Targeted Mobility Training method that works to OPEN your BODY and CALM your MIND. Here are some benefits: • Relieve Back Pain • Increase Flexibility • Unlock tight hips • Reduce hunch back • Increase shoulder mobility • Help with frozen shoulder • Decrease shoulder pain • Decrease hip pain • Increase running/walking gate • Better performance in high level sports • Better quality of life / decrease in overall body pain • Better mobility, have a NORMAL range of motion again! • Better range of motion in your wrists, ankles = less pain No experience required! ALL fitness levels welcome. Suitable for athletes and well as those needing assistance to overcome many injuries. As close to personal training as it gets without the hefty price tag. This class is NOT for those that have HYPERMOBILITY. Items required for class: • a yoga strap/belt • a yoga mat • 2 yoga blocks (books will do) Class Time: 4pm Mondays & Thursdays * Starting Monday, Sept 4th **You will also be given up to 15 minutes of nightly homework on off class days. Class Duration: 60 minutes Class Location: LIVE on zoom. No commute, no germy, smelly gym, STAY CONNECTED and part of a wonderful community with people worldwide. We "hang out" for 5-15 minutes post class where I answer questions & build community. Class notes: • Please make sure the camera is ON and placed away from your mat so I can see you. This allows me to provide customized feedback and modifications to improve your practice. • Please make sure your phone is in DO NOT DISTURB mode to minimize distractions during the practice. • Wear comfortable clothing • Have a bottle of water close by to hydrate Refund Policy: Please note there are no refunds. Cancellation Policy

All Sales Final - Classes purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. Start/End Time - Classes are scheduled for 60 minute blocks. If you arrive late or stop/start mid-class, class will still end at the scheduled time. 48 Hour Cancellation / Change Policy - Classes can be rescheduled without penalty provided a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice is given. If less than 48 hours, then class will not be refundable or transferred.
