Service Description

Yoga breathing is a safe and natural way to quickly affect your autonomic nervous system. Most of us are stuck on autopilot, and we're getting bounced around by our environment leaving us feeling wired but tired, imbalanced, and frazzled. Yoga breathing offers many of the same benefits as meditation, but it's easier to learn, can be practiced anywhere, and the results are very predictable. You can join via your phone or computer. You will receive 4 live sessions. Each session will consist of a Lesson and Breathing Practices, followed by homework x 3 daily. 4 Lessons : • Lession 1: Breath Testing • Lesson 2: Water, Whiskey, Coffee • Lesson 3: Science of Breathing • Lesson 4: Nervous System & Breathing Here's what you'll practice: • Water Breathing – to balance your nerves, and steady your mood any time • Whiskey Breathing – to crush stress and anxiety, and to sleep better • Coffee Breathing – to wake up, prepare Yoga breathing has been practiced for thousands of years, but this modern approach demystifies the practices and focuses on real-world science and results. No experience necessary, these practices are accessible to everyone. • 1 Month Package (4 classes + daily homework x 3) $149 (Group Pricing Available, Corporate Workshops available - email PREPARE FOR CLASS • Turn your phone or computer on DND mode • Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing • Schedule 30 minutes uninterrupted (space and time) • Bring water to hydrate during class • A NEW STUDENT FORM MUST be completed before class to participate in class. • Please make sure the camera is ON during class. Health & Safety: Always check with your medical doctor before starting any program. Refund Policy: - Please note there are no refunds for any reason. - 48 hours is required to reschedule any appointment. Other Policies: This is a safe, supportive environment. No form of inappropriate behaviour or language is tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse admittance for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

All Sales Final - Classes purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. Start/End Time - Classes are scheduled for 60 minute blocks. If you arrive late or stop/start mid-class, class will still end at the scheduled time. 48 Hour Cancellation / Change Policy - Classes can be rescheduled without penalty provided a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice is given. If less than 48 hours, then class will not be refundable or transferred.
